Verify identities of Load Providers and Vehicle Owners.
Process payments, subscriptions, and invoices.
Communicate updates, support, and offers.
Comply with applicable Indian laws.
With verified service partners (drivers, vehicle owners, load providers).
With regulators or government authorities as required by law.
With third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay/UPI providers).
We retain your data as long as your account is active or as required by law.
We use encryption, OTP-based login, and secured servers. However, no system is 100%
secure.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Vehicle Owner subscriptions (monthly/yearly)
and Load Provider credits are non
refundable once activated.
Any errors in plan activation must be
reported within 48 hours to support for
review.
Fully refundable if the user permanently
deletes their
account with all dues
cleared, subject to verification.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed
within 7–10
business days via the original
payment method.
Users may cancel their subscription renewal
anytime before the renewal date.
No refunds are provided for mid-term
cancellations.
Once purchased, load credits are
non-refundable but remain valid until expiry.
