1. Information We Collect

By signing up or using Freeleft, you agree to these Terms & Conditions governed by the laws of India.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Load Providers: Must provide accurate details of materials, pickup, and delivery.
  • Vehicle Owners: Must upload valid documents, ensure vehicle fitness, and complete deliveries on time.
  • Xbow Support (if chosen): Acts as a facilitator, not a transporter.

3. User Obligations

  • Do not post illegal, hazardous, or banned materials.
  • Do not misuse platform data or impersonate others.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.

3. Payment & Fees

  • Vehicle Owners must maintain active subscriptions.
  • Load Providers must purchase load posting credits.
  • Commission (if with Xbow support) will be auto-deducted.

5. Freight & Charges

Freight Calculation Freight rates are calculated on the basis of Dead/Dry weight or Volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight formula: o Air: (Length × Breadth × Height) ÷ 5000 o Surface: (Length × Breadth × Height) ÷ 4000 (All dimensions in centimeters; result in kilograms)
COD (Cash on Delivery) Fees COD charges are based on Fixed COD charge or COD % of order value, whichever is higher. COD payment via POS machine will attract a 1.5% fee on the COD amount.
GST All prices are inclusive of GST.
Price Variation Pricing may change due to: o Fuel surcharges o Courier company base rates
Return Charges Return charges may apply in addition to freight fees (e.g., E-com Express). RTO (Return to Origin) shipments will be charged differently from forward delivery rates.
Additional Charges Other applicable charges may include: o Octroi charges o State entry tax o Address correction fees o Any other government/third-party charges

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Freeleft is a digital platform and does not own or operate transport vehicles.
  • We are not liable for loss, theft, delay, accident, or damage during transport.
  • Liability rests with the contracting Load Provider and Vehicle Owner.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the compensation offered by the logistics partner, provided the merchant raises a claim within 7 days of damage, loss, or theft.

7. Prohibited Items

Freeleft does not facilitate the shipping of goods that are prohibited, dangerous, or restricted under Indian law or courier company policies.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Violation of terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Platform misuse

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction tion

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the Chennai, Tamil Nadu courts.

Pricing & Charges

Freight Calculation Freight rates are calculated on the basis of Dead/Dry weight or Volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Volumetric weight calculation: o Air: (Length × Breadth × Height) ÷ 5000 o Surface: (Length × Breadth × Height) ÷ 4000 (All dimensions in centimeters; result in kilograms)
COD (Cash on Delivery) Charges COD fees are calculated based on Fixed COD charge or COD % of the order value, whichever is higher. If COD payment is made through a POS machine, a 1.5% charge of the COD amount will be levied.
GST All prices are inclusive of GST.
Price Variation Prices are subject to change based on: o Fuel surcharges o Courier company base rates
Return Charges Return charges may apply in addition to freight fees in the case of certain carriers (e.g., E-com Express). RTO (Return to Origin) shipments will be charged differently from forward delivery rates.
Additional Charges The following charges may be applicable over and above freight: o Octroi charges o State entry tax o Address correction charges o Other applicable fees
Liability Maximum liability is limited to the compensation offered by the logistics partner to the company. Claims must be raised within 7 days from the date of damage, loss, or theft.
Prohibited Items Freeleft.in does not ship goods that are prohibited, dangerous, or restricted by law or regulation.
